We had a roof leak with internal damage into our living room and when I called I was really worried. Rob answered personally and made us his next stop. He looked at everything inside and up on our roof and took his time to explain everything he saw. The very next day he had his crew at my home to start work which ended up preventing a lot of mold and damage. They secured everything, removed anything that couldn't be saved and dried up the area using equipment that ran for 3 days to ensure nothing was missed. Once we found a roofer to assess the damage we were told that Rob and his team did an excellent job. We were so relieved. In our case we needed a whole new roof as it turns out, so not also having mold and other problems on top if that was a relief.
